I look forward to one show: Sara Connor Chronicles: Terminator. I am hooked, there is no way around it. I am pretty boring when it comes to watching shows. I put on Fox News Channel and I veg out. I watch National Geographic, Discovery, History, Science Channel, etc... The other stuff hasn't done it for me lately. I watch soccer on the weekends religiously. Sara Connor has given me new hope for shows, that show alone led me to give True Blood, Burn Notice, and Entourage a chance... all of which are excellent. True Blood is fantastic, but the off season has been awful long, TB and Entourage don't start up again until the summer, back to where i started: Terminator, its the only show i look forward to. I love Man vs Wild, but what has happened to the new season, it seems to have just stopped. Bear didn't die did he? Then there is House, i just started watching that but couldn't tell you what day or when it comes on, i just watch it sometimes... if one man could only be challenged and succeed so many times.
What shows are good? What shows make you laugh? Scrubs makes me laugh, but I am so far behind in the seasons that I stopped watching. Its hard for a sitcom to make me laugh, I don't think Seinfeld is funny at all, never have. Friends... not funny.I know Scrubs isn't exactly dry, but I am the dry humor type, dark dry humor and i'll laugh all day long... it kinda leads me into a movie rant I'd like to go into... but thats another posting.

T-Blog is Dead

What happened? Am I fighting a losing battle here, trying to resurrect my blog. There are plenty of new posts, maybe people just don't chat anymore. Does anyone Shoutpost? I just set up an account and am looking for a review of the site. Is that where I should be uselessly ranting?
I'm at work, and I shouldn't be. I had taken this day off, but then this person and that person were not going to be in, so I came in so we wouldn't be short staffed. But I am tired, I stayed up way too late watching season 3 of arrested development. If any show needs to just come back, I think its that one. Too short at 3 seasons. There is a movie in the works though, so that is something to look forward to.
Yes this is therapeutic, this random jibber jabber needs to get out of me, I can bounce topics like a hand ball in Washington Heights and no one can tell me to stop because I sound like a fool. (Insert blog comment: stop, you sound like a fool) I know I do.

"There's been sometimes in my life in which i thought i might lose it, the only thing that saved me has always been music" - Mike D, Beastie Boys...
That goes for me too. Sad songs make me happy, Heavy music keeps me calm. If need a mentality... there's a song for that.
Surely I'm not the only one.

You can do it, the you fall off, then you do it again, then you fall off again... but if you can get a good 2 months under your belt then you got something going. I have been a stop starter. I think I blogged more (to be quite honest) when I was getting high all the time. Got a lot to say when you are on mind altering drugs. Sure i miss it, but sobering up is one of the best things i have ever done for myself. Once i get more comfortable on here i can go further in depth about my last 4 years. I need to just get some blogs in for now, get my feet wet again and start a mini following of some sort.

Thats why I do it at least. I don't know how i ever had so much to say, I think it is safe to say that those few years ago when i was blogging regularly... lets just say that my head wasn't on so straight. In the past three years I have been to hell and back and let me tell you something, it is good to be back. The thing about hell is, its hot, it stinks, and the people are mean. So why now after all these years? Could it be the desk job? I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. One can only stay on nothingtoxic.com for soo long before some sort of commotion arises. At least when typing I can pretend to be typing something meaningful and important rather than this rant without direction or substance. What are people blogging about out there? Whats going on in T World these days? Alot seems to have changed around here, most especially the people. The fact that i have surfaced is somewhat of a rare and special occasion. Well we will se how this goes. Should i or shouldnt i continue.

In one single moment your whole life can turn 'round I stand there for a minute starin' straight into the ground Lookin' to the left slightly, then lookin' back down World feels like it's caved in - proper sorry frown Please let me show you where we could only just be, for us I can change and I can grow or we could adjust The wicked thing about us is we always have trust We can even have an open relationship, if you must I look at her she stares almost straight back at me But her eyes glaze over like she's lookin' straight through me Then her eyes must have closed for what seems an eternity When they open up she's lookin' down at her feet
Dry your eyes mate I know it's hard to take but her mind has been made up There's plenty more fish in the sea Dry your eyes mate I know you want to make her see how much this pain hurts But you've got to walk away now It's over
So then I move my hand up from down by my side It's shakin', my life is crashin' before my eyes Turn the palm of my hand up to face the skies Touch the bottom of her chin and let out a sigh 'Cause I can't imagine my life without you and me There's things I can't imagine doin', things I can't imagine seein' It weren't supposed to be easy, surely Please, please, I beg you please She brings her hands up towards where my hands rested She wraps her fingers round mine with the softness she's blessed with She peels away my fingers, looks at me and then gestures By pushin' my hand away to my chest, from hers
Dry your eyes mate I know it's hard to take but her mind has been made up There's plenty more fish in the sea Dry your eyes mate I know you want to make her see how much this pain hurts But you've got to walk away now It's over
And I'm just standin' there, I can't say a word 'Cause everythin's just gone I've got nothin' Absolutely nothin'
Tryin' to pull her close out of bare desperation Put my arms around her tryin' to change what she's sayin' Pull my head level with hers so she might engage in Look into her eyes to make her listen again I'm not gonna fuckin', just fuckin' leave it all now 'Cause you said it'd be forever and that was your vow And you're gonna let our things simply crash and fall down You're well out of order now, this is well out of town She pulls away, my arms are tightly clamped round her waist Gently pushes me back and she looks at me straight Turns around so she's now got her back to my face Takes one step forward, looks back, and then walks away
Dry your eyes mate I know it's hard to take but her mind has been made up There's plenty more fish in the sea Dry your eyes mate I know you want to make her see how much this pain hurts But you've got to walk away now It's over
I know in the past I've found it hard to say Tellin' you things, but not tellin' straight But the more I pull on your hand and say The more you pull away
Dry your eyes mate I know it's hard to take but her mind has been made up There's plenty more fish in the sea Dry your eyes mate I know you want to make her see how much this pain hurts But you've got to walk away now.

Lizard sleeping on its own now
Skin to scale of open wounds now
we'll be washed of all these things
but dirtied in the loss of know how
and in the sunlight you'll arrest
the brittle frail left on your chest now
its the something that i'll take to rest
still lonely children on depressed foul

Keys to a good relationship.
10.22.04 (9:42 am) [edit]

1. Don't ask your girlfriend to have a threesome. It's not happening, if she was that down that she would have one... you wouldn't have to bring it up, she would.
2. If you want to have sex with your girlfriends sister, don't tell her. You will never be trusted to be around her alone again.
3. If you want to have sex with your girlfriends mother, don't tell her. You will never be trusted to be around her alone again.
4. If your girlfriend can't cook, pretend she can... then secretly throw out everything she makes you, but tell her how good it was. If you tell her it was bad, you will never hear the end of it.
5. Pretend you can't iron or clean well. Make sure you make repeated but lousy attempts to do these things though, eventually she will think it is so cute that you try but just can't do it, then she will do them for you.
6. Don't comment on your girlfriends driving no matter how close to death you come or how angry other drivers get. Trust me on this one, it will save a whole lot of fights.
7. If an incredibly gorgeous girl is about to walk by, simultaneously grab your girls hand or put your arm around her as you eye the other chick up and down. The fact that you are giving your girlfriend so much attention around another hott female will totally blind her to the fact that you are checking out the other chick. Believe me she knows there is another hott body in the vicinity.
8. Give your girlfriend a dutch oven. (while in bed, lay a huge fart and pull the covers over her head.) This will make any other fart you drop seem like a negligible action, in other words no other fart will be as bad as the dutch oven... hence you may fart away.
9. Always ask before you change the channel, i bet many of you did not know this, but girls can watch tv in the living room (wedding story) from the bathroom with the hair dryer on.
10. If you want ass but don't feel like returning the favor, masturbate... this will save you a headache and blue balls. Don't expect hand-outs with a smile unless you are a rockstar or celebrity.
If anyone has anything else to add or some counter-opinions... feel free!

The boys better get their shit together. What they need is the hair-dryer treatment.. the likes of which Sir Alex Fergueson would give them.(manager of Manchester United) He has been known to get in faces and yell so hard that the sweat in your hair will dry, it does the trick though. No more of this calm shit, we have to win and thats all. We still have a game in hand and now we are back in NY. The yanks have got to pull it off now, back to business as usual in the BX. There is no other way!
With that being said, it's time once again for the black dude on bagpipes:

Liberal Cowards

SO here is what happened to me recently in my first, no second clash with an anti bush coward. The first one ,.. i was bringing my bush cheyney lawn sign into my apartment and some dude from the next building yelled "fuck bush" from his window then ducked back in. Who does that? Then hides? I wished he popped that to my face on the street, so i could see if he really wanted it. Anyway so i had a Bush Cheyney Farm Ranch team sticker on the door of my apartment.
Its a real quiet building cooperative that you have to go through a whole screening process to get into and is crazy expensive. lets just say i pay upwards of 800 for a studio. So an anonymous letter shows up on my door saying how i am such a pleasant neighbor but my sticker is offensive... offensive? Support for the president of the united states of america is offensive? What is this person a communist? They went on to say that House rules state that we can not deface the doors as the hallways are all of ours to share.. yadayadayada. So i took the sticker down and put my makeshift bush cheyney doormat out with a little letter in response... the balls of it being that well everyone has a doormat so it must be ok for me to have a bush cheyney doormat.. but wait its offensive? so that means the rule books have to be changed now, no political views are to be expressed in the entire building. I left my email and number and got no responses. Typical liberal cowardice. I called the great one Mark Levin last night and told him my story, he was equally as appalled. That was great to, to be on the radio... though i have nobody to gloat about it to except for my GF who was listening, and i honestly doubt she cares as much as she expresses. It was exciting talking to a hero of mine!!!

Beckham has netted the winning goal in Madrid's last two home games with almost identical shots from just outside the penalty area and earn his team six of its nine league points.
The England captain and Real Madrid midfielder's free kick brought Madrid a 1-0 win over Numancia in its first league game of the season at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Sept. 11 and he repeated the performance on Tuesday with a 61st-minute strike to defeat Osasuna.

Man Presumed Dead Attends Own Wake
News Edition: 09/21/2004 Mourners who gathered in Toronto Thursday to remember Newfoundland man Dane Squires were completely shocked when Squires himself walked into the family wake.
Squires was believed to have been hit and killed by a GO commuter train in the east end of Toronto last Friday night. His own sister, Diana, had identified his body at the coroner's office this week.
As Squires' relatives were leaving his funeral at an east-end Toronto funeral home Thursday, the funeral director came running out to say there was an important phone call.
"She ran out and she said, 'It's him. I talked to him.' And I just about fainted," his daughter Trina Squires told CFTO News. "I was like, 'That can't be for me. I can't handle this.'"
Squires reportedly discovered the problem when he read his own obituary in the newspaper.
After phoning the funeral home, Squires went to his sister's home in the city's east end where mourners were gathering for a wake, said a friend who was in attendance but refused to give his name.
A memorial service that was to be held next week in St. John's has now been cancelled.
Now police are looking to identify the real victim.
Toronto police Det.-Const. Dave Stirling says he doesn't know how the sister could have gotten the identification wrong, though noted the body was badly mutilated.
"There must have been a likeness," Stirling told the Sun. "It certainly is an unfortunate circumstance. It's certainly a shock."
Squires' sister Diana told CFTO that the victim looked "identical to my brother."
The deceased's body was taken from the funeral home and returned to the coroner's office for further investigation.
Coroner Dr. Barry McLellan said having a family member mistake a body is "an extremely rare occurrence."
"The relative was quite confident as to the identification," he said.
Police are once again seeking the public's assistance in identifying this man. He is described as: white, 6 feet tall, 180 lbs., 40–45, receding short brownish red hair and beard.

This is one of my first posts, i need to get myself back up... one elusive state has inspired me.
Ahh yes, the undying question... What is blackanese?? Yea i used to tell people that i am black and Japanese mix, thats why i am soo handsome.( ) Well the Comedian/Actor Chris Tucker turned me on to the term Blackanese. You guessed it, Black and Japanese. So with this in mind... i used to go on, day by day realizing that hmmm sometimes i wake up craving some chicken and Old E,... Other days i crave some sushi and Sake. Yes it is all very clear to me, i am not 50%black and 50% Japanese... its a fluctuating ratio.. sometimes i wake up 51% black, 49% Japanese and vice versa. So for a while my head would hang down with the looming thought that no matter what i eat, i will only be at most 51% satisfied, not the 100% i yearn for. This went on for a while until one day at the mall i was sitting at the food court eating. I stopped, looked around confused... what is this feeling... i feel... 100% satisfaction right now, i feel whole, i feel serenity, i feel as safe as a joey in a marsupial pouch. Why??? I looked down at my food... Gasp... Eureeka!!! CHICKEN TERIYAKI!!!! Best of Both Worlds.

Bear guzzles 36 beers, passes out at campground
News Edition: 08/20/2004 SEATTLE, Washington-- A black bear was found passed out at a campground in Washington state recently after guzzling down three dozen cans of a local beer, a campground worker said on Wednesday.
"We noticed a bear sleeping on the common lawn and wondered what was going on until we discovered that there were a lot of beer cans lying around," said Lisa Broxson, a worker at the Baker Lake Resort, 80 miles (129 kilometers) northeast of Seattle.
The hard-drinking bear, estimated to be about two years old, broke into campers' coolers and, using his claws and teeth to open the cans, swilled down the suds.
It turns out the bear was a bit of a beer sophisticate. He tried a mass-market Busch beer, but switched to Rainier Beer, a local ale, and stuck with it for his drinking binge.
Wildlife agents chased the bear away, but it returned the next day, said Broxson.
They set a trap using as bait some doughnuts, honey and two cans of Rainier Beer. It worked, and the bear was captured for relocation.

David Beckham produced an inspirational captain's performance as England swept Ukraine aside with a 3-0 friendly victory that will send Sven-Goran Eriksson's squad into their World Cup qualifying campaign in high spirits.
Beckham, severely criticised for his lacklustre performances at Euro 2004, responded to his critics with a vintage all-action display in which he scored England's opener and made their second for his new Real Madrid team-mate Michael Owen.
A fine evening's work was rounded off when Manchester City midfielder Shaun Wright-Phillips, making his international debut as a second-half substitute, fired in a superb solo third.
Eriksson said Beckham had made his point. "For me he has always done very well for England. If he is not the best on the pitch he is criticised and I can't understand that.
"But of course, his performance today was the perfect answer to anyone who ever doubted David Beckham. It was very positive that he had a good performance. It was good for us and it was good for him."

Man Drives Into Lake, Tries to Smoke Crack
By Associated Press Posted August 14 2004, 5:46 AM EDT
NORTH PATCHOGUE, N.Y. -- A police chase ended when a Long Island motorist drove into a backyard pond and tried to smoke a crack pipe just before his car sank, police said.
Officers tried to stop Yasyn Abdul-Mattin, 32, after seeing him driving erratically at about 12:16 a.m. Friday, Suffolk County Police said.
Instead of pulling over, Abdul-Mattin took off and went up a private driveway, continuing into a backyard pond, police said in a news release.
Police said Abdul-Mattin refused to get out of the car and tried to light a crack pipe instead. Just before the car sank, he climbed out a rear window that an officer had broken, police said.
Police said they were charging Abdul-Mattin, of Smithtown, with driving while impaired by drugs and several traffic violations.
