posted by: ODUwildman (reply) post date: 07.13.04 (11:12 pm) I went to Knoxville, Tenn. my (first) freshman year at ODU for a women's basketball game between Tennessee and ODU, then both were ranked 1-2 in the nation. I had press credentials, so I wasn't worried about it, but while standing on the street corner (scalping is legal in Tenn.) I saw a man buy a pair of tickets for 50 bucks from one woman, and turn around and sell them for $150 EACH.... right infront of the woman he bought the pair from.
